Cherry.

Carved mostly with an axe, adze and gouges. Finished up with a spokeshave and a plane. Danish oil. Completed Februrary 2023.

Split from a cherry log, this was a fun project. I like the texture from the gouges — no sandpaper. I look forward to making more.
